How will I get my bed?

Beds that are full size and smaller are compression rolled and shipped in a 14×14 box. Simply remove the box and unroll your bed! Queen size or above will be shipped flat packed (clear plastic & boxed)

How do I clean my mattress?  

The polyester cover is zipped and can be removed and run through a normal wash cycle. It can also be put in your dryer with no problem!

The 200 denier is also zippered but can not be washed. It is waterproof and can be easily wiped down with mild detergent and water.

Do I need to flip my mattress?

No need! The memory foam is on one side only. You can switch the foot for the head if you prefer.

Does my bed come with the cover on it?

Yes all you do is unroll it and wait a few minutes for it to recover.
